Your Daily Routine - Friend or Foe?






balance, body, exerciseFace it, we humans are creatures of habit.  Most of us have absurdly consistent daily routines, rituals, and schedules.  

The small things we do each day can create a foundation for long-lasting health and wellness.   

Those daily habits, if not supportive, can wreak havoc over time.  


Is your routine helping or hurting?  
Track yourself for a week.     What are you doing, eating, feeling?

Rate each of the items in your routine with a   or    -

  for things that ARE contributing to your health and wellness 

   for things that are NOT contributing to your health and wellness






Make it a goal to increase the amount of that show up in your daily routine and reduce the
