Face it, we humans are creatures of habit. Most of us have absurdly consistent daily routines, rituals, and schedules. The small things we do each day can create a foundation for long-lasting health and wellness.
Those daily habits, if not supportive, can wreak havoc over time.
Is your routine helping or hurting?
Track yourself for a week. What are you doing, eating, feeling?

Rate each of the items in your routine with a + or -
+ for things that ARE contributing to your health and wellness
- for things that are NOT contributing to your health and wellness
Make it a goal to increase the amount of + that show up in your daily routine and reduce the -
This reminds me of a little diddy that my mom used to sing called "accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative".
